SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER TELEPHONE SUPPORT REGARDING
For pre-sales advice on equipment suitability we ask you to contact the manufacturers direct .
As an online only reseller, we DON’T have shops or visiting salesmen, in order to maximise our economies of scale we do NOT offer pre sales advice. This may be inconvenient for you but it does give you maximum savings.
Please read on there is a very good reason for this.
As you can see we deal with a large number of printer brands and products which are offered for sale to you at incredibly low prices [that’s why you are considering us as a supplier]. To have sufficient staff specialising in each brand would be an enormous overhead which as a business would have to be recovered from our clients through the cost of the items we sell.
Therefore we rely on the manufacturers to be able to support their own products and giving you up to date appropriate advice.

EMAILS - I can’t see your email address?
We have a large number of email links on this site; we don’t show the address because the spammers will then take it and add us to their list.
EMAILS – What’s the security code?
When you use our email facilities you will see a security code that must be input BEFORE your email is sent. This security code is randomly generated and simply stops spammers using a robot to access our email system.
Fraudulent Transactions
As an internet trader we are mindful that fraudsters will try to purchase from us.
If we have any doubts regarding any transaction delivery will be delayed until we have verified the transaction is genuine. This is to safeguard our genuine clients.
On occasions we are able to reverse and refund a fraudulent transaction before the genuine cardholder is aware of what has happened.
If your credit card statement shows an entry for us and you cannot recall purchasing from us, then it is possible that a fraudulent person may have used or attempted to use your number to buy products from us. If so please email us and we will contact you regarding this matter.

Due to the Data Protection Act, we are unable to give you any information about the address, name, telephone number, or email address against any specific transaction your card has been used for. However, this information will be provided to the police at their request once they have provided us with the relevant paperwork to disclose the details.
As a UK card holder, in such instances, you're protected under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. So, providing you confirm to your card issuer, to their satisfaction that you've not placed the transaction in question, then the charge will be cancelled by them.
Note: Our advice if the above were to happen would be to contact the credit card company/bank immediately to stop your card being used for any further transactions.
2. Price Policy
We aim to offer highly competitive prices and using both software and our own people we check our prices regularly against the competition.
We may not always be the cheapest but we expect to be very competitive and offer additional installation options rarely offered elsewhere.

Can I have a demonstration?
Demonstrations are rarely available simply because they are time consuming and expensive to arrange after all they take time and need dedicated persons to carry out the demonstration. Occasionally, manufacturers have promotions where they will agree a trial machine to be installed; this website will notify you of those opportunities when they are available.
Can I open a Business Account?
Yes, subject to satisfactory credit clearance. Simply email us with your details and we will contact you.
4. After Purchase Product Enquiry
The Cable is Missing!
As different computers have different types of connection ports most printer manufacturers package their printers without any printer cables. Therefore, to connect to your printer to your computer you will need to purchase this cable as a separate product.
If you have already received your printer, please refer to the manual to find which cable is required.
Our after purchase enquiries will be responded to in 2 ways.
For clients who have purchased equipment only please email us or contact the manufacturer.
For clients who have purchased equipment with an additional support package you will have a sticker supplied with your machine with full contact details, in addition you may contact the manufacturer if you wish.
5. Deliveries & Returns
What Delivery Options Do you Have?
We are supplied by different distributors using a range of carriers offering options on costs and speed of delivery.
Can I Collect my order ?
No, due to the logistics of the amount of products we supply we hold limited stock ourselves and mainly rely on our suppliers shipping directly to you. This has the benefit for you of your machine only being shipped once, which of course reduces costs. Please remember this website is based on the economies of Internet marketing.
Returns and Refunds
Can I Cancel my Order?
So long as we haven’t despatched the goods it’s very easy to cancel, please just email us with your order reference.
Can I return my Purchase?
Yes, under Distance Selling Regulations you have “rights” which may include the return of goods. However, the items must be with the original manufacturers' packaging, which shall not be defaced, it must be unopened with all wrappings and seals intact, goods must be undamaged and in such a condition that we can sell them as “NEW”. Requests for returns must be made within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. You must inform us that you wish to return the item[s] and we will not unreasonably refuse a request but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and you will be liable for payment of postage and packing charges incurred in the return of the goods. My Goods are Faulty
You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods of faulty or damaged items we will be deal with this in accordance with the returns procedure laid out by the manufacturer. All goods returned must be in the manufacturers' original packaging complete with all ancillary items. Products tested and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer and we reserve the right to charge you costs we have unnecessarily incurred.
