Manufacturers Warranties
All manufacturers will offer a range of warranty options and we show these in our prices per machine.
The options will range from RTB [Return to Base] to Next Day and Same Day on Site responses.
Service “Peace of Mind” Packages
In addition to the manufacturers warranty as an added value to dealing with us we offer our own enhanced Service Support Packages, these are for periods up to 3 years and of course if leasing the equipment we may add this cost to your lease if you wish.
We are pleased to offer 3 comprehensive Service Support Packages choose from our Silver, Gold and Platinum options.
In the event a loan machine is confirmed necessary by an engineer we target an installation time of 24 hours from confirmation but this cannot be guaranteed.
